David Josephs

David is a pioneer in the open loop prepaid space, having previously led prepaid business at J.P. Morgan Chase for close to 10 years. He also held leadership positions within Chase Card Services and First Data.
For the last five years prior to joining daVinci, David was at Visa where he served as head of Debit and Prepaid in North America, led Product Delivery for Merchants and Acquirers in Europe and also led Visa’s emerging push payments business (Visa Direct) in Europe.
Brian Levin

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian helps keep daVinci’s disruptive approach running. He leads all aspects of finance, accounting, vendor operations and strategic partnerships and brings an analytical approach to solving customer problems. Since joining daVinci in 2000, Brian has helped build daVinci into the premier payments provider it is today.
Brian has more than 20 years of diverse business experience as a management consultant and entrepreneur. He started his career as a benefits consultant with a leading Accounting and Information Technology consulting firm. Prior to joining daVinci, he provided financial management consulting services for Gibson and Associates, focused on streamlining costs and increasing margins in the manufacturing sector for Fortune 1000 organizations.
Gordan Redzic
Chief Technology Officer, davinci payments

As Chief Technology Officer, Gordan is always wired into the latest trends in tech. He is focused on leveraging innovation to deliver better experiences for daVinci’s partners and payment recipients alike.
Gordan brings extensive experience with mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS, cloud computing, location-based services, quality assurance and more. Before joining daVinci Payments in 2018, Gordon served as Vice President of Product at Sleep Number, where he was responsible for SleepIQ, the company’s smart sleep platform, and the development of the company’s smart bed technology. Previously, he held leadership positions at Paylocity, Motorola and NAVTEQ.
Melissa Hentschel
Chief Operations Officer, davinci payments

As Chief Operations Officer, Melissa is responsible for the integration and optimization of all business operations across daVinci. She builds high performing, results-driven teams by continuously looking through the lens of daVinci's customers.
Melissa applies 17 years of industry experience at companies including KeyBank, Ingo Money and Hawk Incentives to create best-in-class service delivery.
Seb Van Schalkwyk
Managing Director, Europe, davinci payments

As Managing Director, Europe, Seb leverages his extensive marketing, strategy and operations experience in support of daVinci’s customers across the globe. Seb is focused on unlocking the full value of daVinci services, locally, to support European customers and their business objectives.
Previously, Seb served as Marketing Director at VIGA, where he led all marketing activity for the company's B2B and B2C lead generation and lifecycle marketing initiatives. He has held leadership positions at Betsson Group and Research Now, where he first partnered with daVinci to deliver prepaid rewards.
Tracy Monson
Chief Product Officer, davinci payments

As Chief Product Officer, Tracy leads product design and experiences with a deep appreciation for context. She is passionate about building payment products derived from real life stories to bring greater value to all stakeholders.
Tracy has over thirteen years of experience in payments, including working with electronic payment solutions provider Soultran. Before leading daVinci’s product team, she led marketing, managed program implementations, client relationships and operations.
Rodney Mason
CHIEF Marketing OFFICER, DAVINCI PAYMENTS

As Chief Marketing Officer, Rodney leads our IDEAS team responsible for Insights, daVinci Engagement and Agency Services supporting daVinci’s brand voice and messaging. He believes insights, breakthrough strategies and relationships are key to building and growing business.
Rodney joined daVinci in 2018 and previously led strategy and marketing at Blackhawk and served as Chief Marketing Officer at ad and marketing agencies Moosylvania and Publicis Hawkeye, supporting clients like Capital One, Chase and PayPal.
Ed Woodson
Chief Legal Officer, Syncapay
Ed is a licensed patent attorney and focuses on information security and data privacy.
Prior to joining Syncapay, Ed served for more than 12 years as General Counsel of Parago, Inc. While at Parago, Ed was responsible for all legal matters, including finance and acquisition agreements and compliance with all applicable payments regulations. Following Parago’s sale to Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc., Ed then served for two years as General Counsel and SVP of Paycor, Inc., a provider of human capital management solutions leveraging a cloud-based SaaS platform. Ed began his career with Locke Lord LLP (formerly Locke Liddell & Sapp).
Olga Spivac

As daVinci’s Head of People, Olga believes in leading by example, tailoring solutions to benefit all stakeholders and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our team and fostering daVinci culture.
Olga has more than 15 years of People related experience with a Masters Degree in Human Resources, an undergraduate degree in Finance and is certified by the International Coach Federation.






Juli Spottiswood
Chairman & CEO, Syncapay
In addition to her roles as Chairman and CEO of Syncapay, Juli performs advisory services to many companies and private equity firms. Juli has also served as Audit Chairman and a board member at Cardtronics PLC since 2011.
Juli was previously the President and CEO of Parago, Inc., a tech-enabled marketing services/payments company that she co-founded in 1999 and sold to Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. in 2014. Juli was also a founding member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association and remained on the board until 2013.
Matt Harris

Matt is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures (BCV) where he focuses on investments in financial technology/services and payment companies.
Prior to BCV, Matt co-founded and ran Village Ventures, from which he led investments in BlueTarp, Dwolla, iSend, OnDeck, Simple and TxVia, among others. At BCV, selected investments included AvidXchange, Billtrust, Chrome River, Flywire, Passport and Syncapay. Earlier in his career, Matt worked in the private equity group at Bain Capital.
Todd Maclean

Todd is a co-founder of Silversmith Capital Partners, a growth equity firm managing $1.1 billion. Todd also sits on the board of Digital Map Technologies and ActiveCampaign.
At Silversmith, Todd focuses on investments in SaaS and Information Services, including vertical market SaaS and specialty data, financial technology and risk and compliance-based models. Prior to founding Siversmith, Todd spent more than 15 years as a growth equity investor at Bain Capital and Accel Partners where he led or co-led investments in SurveyMonkey, Dealer.com, Appriss, iPay Technologies, YapStone and Archer Technologies.
Andy Newcomb

Andy is co-founder and Managing Partner at MissionOG where he focuses on investments in financial services and payments, data platforms and software businesses.
Andy co-founded Relay Network, a mobile communications company; was Group Head of Sales and Corporate Development for Citi Prepaid Services; and was a founding team member of ECOUNT (acquired by Citi), a pioneer and leader in the prepaid card industry. Prior to ECOUNT, Andy spent eight years in investment management. Andy’s current and prior investments include Behalf, Deko, DemystData, FactorTrust, GAN Integrity, Revolution Credit, Solovis, and Zibby.
Phillip Riese

Since 1999, Phillip has focused on investing in, and developing, financial services, FinTech and data analytics companies globally, often serving on the BOD or as a mentor and adviser to the CEO and management team. Current board roles today include Accion, Behalf, Betterment, Cross River, Fundera, Flywire, Relay Network, TravelPerk and Yoyo Wallet.
After an early career in the textile industry, Phillip joined Chase Manhattan Bank where he led their merchant services business. He then spent 18 years in leadership roles at American Express and retired in 1998 as President of the Consumer Card Group and Chairman of American Express Centurion Bank. Phillip is credited with turning around the American Express core consumer card business.
